GENERAL USE,Your carpet should not be whipped, beaten, swept with the brushless tips of the vacuum cleaner.

If there is an item, its places have to be changed from time to time to prevent marks, and the contact areas have to be swept with the brushless ends of the vacuum cleaner.

STAIN REMOVAL,If something is spilled on your carpet, action should be taken very quickly.

In such cases, first of all, excess liquid should be absorbed by applying tampons with paper towels without dispersing the liquid, and cleaning agents (such as bleach) containing bleaching chemicals should not be used.

The area where the liquid is spilled should be wiped with cold water and natural soap after tampon application.

The wiping process should be done in a way that does not disperse the stain, with the help of a soft and white cloth in the direction of the pile, and hard scrubbing operations in circular or opposite direction of the pile should be avoided.

The cleaned area should not be stepped on until it is completely dry.

DEEP CLEANING, For deep cleaning of your carpet, support has to be obtained from carpet washing centers.

It should be emphasized that heavy chemical cleaners and hard brushes containing Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) should not be used during washing to the washing center and the carpet should be completely free from the cleaning agent used.

After cleaning, your carpet should be dried in a short time on the floor without hanging.
