Open the sugar dough on a hard and flat surface until it reaches a thickness of 2-3 mm.

Hold the copat by the outer disc and press the front face towards the sugar dough, cutting the dough until it touches the underlying surface.

Move the copat slightly to the left and right and you will get a clearer cut.

Press the top of the copate and cut the dough with the embossed piece.

Lift the copat up to 5 centimeters in the air and press on the top to remove the die you have cut.
