It is a mechanical model.

The stitch package has 23 decorative stitches, including a buttonhole stitch with a maximum stitch width of 5 mm.

The two buttons on the front of the machine and the impeller on the top can be used to adjust the thread tension and stitch length as well as to select stitches.
