Damaged products should not be received and a damage assessment report should be prepared by the cargo officer.

It is not possible to EXCHANGE and RETURN products without a damage assessment report.

You can request spare parts for the product whose packaging is intact but damaged or missing parts are found when you open it for installation.

Due to the fact that our disassembled products cannot be repackaged after installation and there is no refund after the installation of furniture products.
