Stir before use.

To obtain corrosion resistance, apply the product to bare or rusty metal in 2 layers.

Do not apply too much RBC to the surface so that there is no sagging in the coat applications.

Make sure that the corners and edges are coated properly, the corners and edges are the points with the highest risk of premature rusting.

Roll: Suitable for flat large area applications.

Hammerite can be thinned to make bKYama easier in roll applications.

9 parts Hammerite 1 part Brush Cleaner or Synthetic Thinner can be thinned.

BKYama has to be started from the edges, the remaining areas have to be cleaned quickly.

Apply briefly and quickly for the best result.

Spray: Suitable for large areas.

All colors of Hammerite Hammered product contain silicone.

Air Spray: Thin Hammerite by 15% with Hammerite Brush Cleaner and Thinner.

Set the spray gun to 25/35 psi (approx. 2 Bar).

Apply 3-4 thin coats by waiting one hour between coats.

1 thick coat can be applied to achieve a glossy appearance on the top coat. However, attention should be paid to flow and sagging.

Nozzle Pressure: 2500-3000 psi (approx. 170 Bar).

Nozzle diameter: 375-500 microns/0.015 - 0.020.

Apply by waiting 2 hours between coats or 2-3 coats after touch drying is completed.
