All materials used in production comply with environmental and child health standards.

Our products are manufactured from 18 mm thick particleboard, which is known as CHIPBOARD, harmless to health and does not contain carcinogenic substances, in accordance with European E1 quality standards.

Fittings, handles, screws and accessories used in our products are of first quality like all other materials and comply with TSE.

First of all, production is made by choosing minifixes, dowels and cabin screws in all possible sections as a connection system, so you can disassemble and install the product repeatedly and effortlessly.

CONSTRUCTION &

Installation Installation diagram, all screws etc. fasteners are included in the product package.

You can easily install it with a Phillips screwdriver.

For fast and error-free installation, there are part numbers on the part that are compatible with the installation diagram.

After Sales Service / Assistance Cargo Damages:

In order for the products you buy to be delivered to you without any damage, packaging is made using filling materials in internationally accepted standards. However, although rarely, some parts of the product may receive damage such as crushing and cracking during the cargo transportation process.

If you send us the numbers of the damaged parts by looking at the installation diagram of the product, new ones of the damaged parts are sent to you by cargo.

Production Error / Missing Part / Missing-Faulty Accessory:

All of our production processes are carried out with computer-controlled machines, and problems that may occur in production are prevented by producing pre-production test products.

Quality control processes are applied to all products during the production phase, packaging phase and before shipment, but very low production errors may occur despite this.

If there is any manufacturing error in the product sent to you, if there is a problem that can be solved by replacing the part that you have informed us about, only new part (s) are sent.
