After-sales Service / Assistance Cargo Damages: In order to deliver the products you have purchased to you without any damage, packaging is made using filling materials in internationally accepted standards. However, although rarely, some parts of the product may receive damage such as crushing and cracking during the cargo transportation process.

If you send us the numbers of the damaged parts by looking at the installation diagram of the product, new ones of the damaged parts are sent to you by cargo.

Quality control processes are applied to all products during the production phase, packaging phase and before shipment, but very low production errors may occur despite this.

If there is any manufacturing error in the product sent to you, if there is a problem that can be solved by replacing the part that you have informed us about, only new part (s) are sent.
