With your hand in the open position, measure the circumference of your hand just below your joints. (except the thumb)

S size palm circumference: 19.0 cm - 20.0 cm

M size palm circumference: 20.1 cm - 20.9 cm

Size L palm circumference: 21.0 cm - 21.7 cm

Size XL palm circumference: 21.8 cm - 22.5 cm
