Teflon tape has to be used in threaded connections

Teflon tape should be wrapped on the adapter enough to prevent water leakage and in the tightening direction

Low use of Teflon tape will cause water leakage of the adapter, while excessive use will create additional stress on the adapter, which may lead to the breakage of the adapter during installation
