Brewing MethodAfter the ingredients are mixed in the jar, close the lid and put it in the device.

Close the top cover of the device.

Press the power button to ferment.

Brewing time has to be controlled manually.

You can use a time-set device for this.

Brewing time is approximately 10-12 hours.

When the process is complete, the yogurt coagulates and looks like juicy yogurt.

Caution: The cooling-off time will be affected by the ambient temperature and the temperature of the materials.

For these reasons, there is a process interval between 10-12 hours.

The processing time should not be more than 14 hours.

Note: To shorten the cooling time and increase the uniformity of heat conduction, you can put some warm water in the bowl to make the yogurt smoother and smoother.

You can also get fruit yogurt by adding fruit flavors.

(Optional) Recommendation: Newly fermented yogurt is edible but not very tasty.
