• Epinox sugar pulp gun consists of 20 different model tips. It is made of stainless steel. It is used to extract sugar paste models. Patterns are removed on cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Usage: 1- We dip some walnut-sized sugar dough in hot water and knead it well. 2- With the tip of our finger, we take a little bit of the softened butter and apply it to the sugar dough we knead and feed the oil to the dough until it becomes soft.(We do the lubrication process so that the sugar dough does not stick to the inside of the gun.) 3- After selecting and placing what you want from 19 different discs on the end of the gun, we put the sugar dough in it 4- When you press the button on the gun, the sugar dough starts to come out of the end of the disk. 5- If the gun comes into our hands too hard and we cannot squeeze it, the sugar paste is not soft enough. We repeat the same process until we get the consistency. 6- After raising the sugar dough to a non-stick surface, we cut it to the desired length.
