Surface preparation: the relative humidity of the air should be maximum 80%, the ambient temperature should be 15 - 35°c and the surface temperature to be applied should be at least 5°c.

It should not be applied outdoors in rainy weather.

Surface cleaning has to be done very well for a good adhesion.

All kinds of oil, dust, dirt, rust and similar substances that may prevent the liquid glass from sticking to the surface between the liquid glass and the floor on the surfaces to be applied have to be completely cleaned.

If the existing joint fillers in tile, ceramic applications are worn, they should be renewed.

The sanded surface provides better mechanical properties for liquid glass application and helps the liquid glass to adhere better to the surface.

Application method : Before the application, the two components should be thoroughly mixed in the given proportions and weight.

The two components can only react to the desired reaction when they are in a uniform and complete mixture state.

The number of coats to be applied for best performance is specified in the table below.
