Pulsator Repair Kit (Silicone) Pulsators
-
These are the parts that allow the vacuum to be interrupted periodically during the Milking Process and make it possible to perform the desired suction / massage process. Long R&D studies After the experience gained after the experiments and observations, it is the part that ensures the operation of the machine in which way the milking method should be applied to which animal and maximizes the efficiency. Pulse Rate in Bovine Animals: 60 / 40 Pulse Per Minute: 60 Pulse Rate in Goats: 60 / 40 Pulse Per Minute: 90 Pulse Rate in Sheep: 50 / 50 Pulse Per Minute: 120. There are Two Types of Pulsators generally used in the market. The first of these is the widely used Pneumatic (air-operated system) Pulsator. The other is the Electronic Pulsator. In Pneumatic Pulsators, pulse adjustment is performed manually and its mechanical sensitivity is regulated, while in Electronic pulsators, pulse adjustment can be made and controlled electronically remotely. Electronic Pulsators are generally preferred in Milking Parlor Systems.
